By accessing, registering on, or using the jtween platform (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately. jtween reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will notify registered members by email or via an in-Platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jtween with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or place any wager on jtween. By registering, you declare that you are 21 or older. jtween will conduct age verification checks and reserves the right to request identity documents at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all associated funds forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, payment method, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jtween reserves the right to close all such accounts and void any associated winnings.

2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration and to keep this information up to date. Providing false information, including a false date of birth or identity details, is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 Bangladesh Residency. jtween is operated for players located in Bangladesh. You represent that your use of the Platform does not violate the laws of the jurisdiction from which you are accessing it. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using the Platform is lawful in your location.

2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify jtween support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. jtween will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your credentials.

3.1 Accepted Methods. jtween accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jtween does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

3.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of any applicable identity verification. jtween reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

3.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. You may not use credit cards issued in another person's name, third-party e-wallets, or any payment method that does not belong to you personally. Any deposit made from a payment method not registered in your name may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

3.5 Currency. All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and fees are expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jtween does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly. Any foreign-currency transaction will be converted by your payment provider before reaching jtween; the resulting Taka amount credited to your account is final.

3.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months is considered dormant. jtween reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee of ৳50 to dormant accounts after this period, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the member.

4.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers are available to registered members who meet the stated eligibility criteria. jtween reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where a promotion is already in progress and the member has already fulfilled the qualifying conditions.

4.2 Welcome Bonus. New members who make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the jtween welcome bonus of 100% up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

4.3 Wagering Contributions. Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games and table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. The specific contribution rates for each game category are listed on the individual promotion page. Wagering completed on restricted games does not count toward meeting any bonus wagering requirement.

4.4 Bonus Abuse. jtween employs automated and manual processes to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing low-risk or zero-risk bets to fulfil wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or coordinating with other members to exploit promotions. Where abuse is detected, jtween reserves the right to void the bonus, confiscate associated winnings, and close the account.

4.5 Bonus Expiry. Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, bonus funds and the associated wagering requirement expire thirty (30) calendar days after the bonus is credited. Any uncompleted wagering and unused bonus balance will be removed from your account at expiry.

5.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on jtween are subject to availability. jtween reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds or game outcomes being displayed.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and market. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. jtween reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time.

5.3 Void Bets. A bet may be voided and the stake refunded where: (a) a sporting event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum period of play required for settlement; (b) incorrect odds or game parameters were displayed due to a technical fault; or (c) the bet was placed after the relevant event had already concluded.

5.4 Responsible Gambling. jtween strongly encourages all members to gamble responsibly. 5.5 Game Integrity. All casino games on jtween use certified random number generators (RNG) or are facilitated by live dealers operating under independent audit protocols. jtween does not manipulate game outcomes. Any player who suspects a game integrity issue must report it to [email protected] within 48 hours of the relevant session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jtween platform:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to automate gameplay or betting decisions in a manner that exploits the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform; any such exploitation must be reported to support immediately.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through use of the Platform.
• Sharing, transferring, or selling your account credentials to any third party.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or copy any part of the Platform's software or content.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward jtween staff or other players.

All content on the jtween Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of jtween or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jtween. Unauthorised use of Platform content may result in legal action.

8.1 Platform Availability. jtween makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. jtween shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime.

8.2 Gambling Losses. Gambling involves financial risk. jtween is not liable for any financial losses you sustain through your use of the Platform. You accept full responsibility for all bets and wagers placed from your account.

8.3 Third-Party Services. The Platform may interact with third-party payment providers and game studios. jtween is not responsible for the conduct, availability, or accuracy of third-party services, including payment processing delays caused by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any other external provider.

8.4 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jtween's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jtween collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. jtween uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit and stores member data on secure servers. jtween does not sell personal data to third parties.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and jtween, you agree to first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. jtween aims to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may pursue the matter through the appropriate legal channels. jtween does not waive any rights by attempting informal resolution.

jtween reserves the right to update or replace these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to registered members in advance. Your continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
